Yes! You can change your plan and still receive the discount. For instance, if you're on the Starter Plan and want to upgrade to the Pro Plan, simply follow the steps above. The 40% discount on the Pro Plan offers the best savings and is highly recommended to get the most out of Foodzilla. 🙌
Can I Change Number of Clients?
Yes! You can adjust the number of clients per month before you switch to yearly billing.
You can also make this change later as well. For example, if your business grows and need more clients.
Will I Get Double Charged If I'm a Paying Customer?
No. the charges are prorated.
For example, if you've already paid for a month and then switch to the yearly plan, then the total amount will be the yearly price - what you already paid.
Does My Free Trial End When Switching to Yearly Billing?
Yes. Your trial ends when switching to yearly billing and your card will be charged immediately. This is how our payment processor (Stripe) works unfortunately.
Can I Get a Refund After Switching to Yearly Billing?
No. We don't provide refunds because we offer a free trial for 10 days to try out the software and make sure it is a good fit for your business. The trial can also be extended from your profile page if you need more time to evaluate the software.
