How to Sync More Than One Meal Plan to the Client App or Client Portal
Foodzilla allows only one meal plan instance to be synced to the client’s mobile app and Client Web Portal at a time.
Managing Meal Plans in Foodzilla
Use Multiple Weeks Within One Meal Plan
Foodzilla’s meal planner is calendar based, so you can create different plans for different weeks within the same meal plan.
For example:
• Week 1 could be a low carb plan
• Week 2 could be a balanced plan
• Week 3 could include different recipes or calorie targets
Use the week selector inside the meal plan to move between weeks and build each week separately.
This is usually the best way to manage multiple weeks while keeping everything available through the same synced plan.

Sync a Different Meal Plan
If you prefer to keep separate meal plan instances, you can choose which one is currently synced.
- Go to the client’s Meal Plans page.
- Find the meal plan you want to sync.
- Click Sync to Client App.
- That plan will become the active meal plan shown in the client’s mobile app and Client Web Portal.
The currently synced plan will be marked as Synced to Client App.
When you sync another meal plan, it replaces the previously synced plan for the client.

Merge Separate Meal Plans
If you already created separate meal plans and want to combine them, you can use templates.
- Open the meal plan or week you want to reuse.
- Convert that week into a template.
- Open the meal plan you want to keep synced.
- Import the template into the appropriate week.
- Continue adding additional weeks within the same meal plan.
This lets you manage multiple weeks while keeping one meal plan synced across both the mobile app and Client Web Portal.
