Does Foodzilla have client questionnaires?

Foodzilla doesn’t include built-in client questionnaires, but you can easily set this up using our Zapier integration.

By connecting Foodzilla with tools like Google Forms, Typeform, or Jotform, you can automatically send intake forms or custom questionnaires to new clients — all without manual follow-up.

When a new client is added to Foodzilla, Zapier can instantly send them a Google Form to collect their goals, dietary preferences, allergies, or any other details you need before building their meal plan.
