Sent automatically when someone subscribes to your plan.

It includes links to the Client Portal and Foodzilla mobile app.

If you’re a white-label customer, this will include links to your own branded app.

You can fully edit the message β€” the built-in editor supports text formatting, colors, and styling so you can make it your own.


πŸ’³ Payment Confirmation Email

Sent automatically each time a client pays for a subscription.

This helps you stay compliant with regulations in some countries that require confirmation of recurring payments.


❌ Cancellation Email

Triggered automatically when a client cancels their subscription.

It’s a great opportunity to ask for feedback and learn why they decided to cancel β€” helping you improve your service.


πŸ• Signup Incomplete Email

This one is manual β€” it’s not sent automatically.

You can trigger it yourself to remind leads who created an account but haven’t completed their payment yet.

⚠️ Payment Due Email (Stripe)

This email is sent by Stripe, not Foodzilla. Ensure this is configured from your Stripe dashboard.

It’s automatically triggered when a payment fails (e.g. declined card, insufficient funds).

When this happens, client access to both the portal and mobile app is temporarily blocked until payment details are updated.

This email cannot be customized.


πŸ”” Payment Reminder Email (Stripe)

Also sent by Stripe, this reminder goes out 3 days before a client’s subscription renews. Ensure this is configured from your Stripe dashboard.

It ensures clients are aware of upcoming charges β€” required by law in some regions.

This email cannot be customized either.
