Accessing your profile

You can access your profile by either:

  • Clicking your name in the top left corner, then selecting Profile, or
  • Navigating directly to the Profile tab in the menu

Here, you can manage your personal details, subscription, preferences, and more.


What details can I update?

You can update the following from the Profile tab:

  • Company name
  • Full name
  • Country
  • City
  • Email address
  • Display picture

You can also:

  • View or change your subscription plan
  • Cancel your plan
  • Update billing details
  • Access past invoices

Uploading your profile picture

You can choose a generic avatar or upload your own photo. This image is shown on both the web and mobile app, helping clients feel more connected when communicating with you.

To upload:

  • Click the photo icon on the right to upload a custom image
  • Or select one of the avatar options

Once saved, changes reflect across the platform, including the mobile app's chat section.

Setting your preferences

Customize your experience by setting:

  • Energy units: kilojoules or calories
  • Measurement units: imperial (lb, ft, in) or metric (kg, cm)
  • Start day of the week: Sun or Mon
  • RDI source: UK, US, NZ, or AU
  • Default food composition database: US, UK, NZ, or AU

After selecting your preferred units and click on "Update Profile".


Changing your email address

Yes, you can change your email address! Here’s what you need to know:

  • Once changed, you’ll need to re-login using the new email
  • The new email must not already be registered in our system
  • If it’s tied to a client account, log into the mobile app and delete that account first
  • If the email is still in use elsewhere, contact our support team for help
