Can I Add More Active Clients to My Subscription Plan Later?

Yes. You can add more clients to your existing plan without changing plans.

How to add seats yourself

1. Go to Settings
2. Open Profile
3. Select the Addons tab
4. Under Client Seats, choose how many additional seats you need
5. Click Buy Additional Client Seats

Seats are sold in groups of 5.

Cost

US$2 per client per month (US$10 per 5 seats).

Charges are prorated to your current billing cycle, so you only pay for the remaining time in this period.

Can I go back down later?

Yes. If you add seats and later do not need them, you can reduce your client limit. Unused prepaid amount comes back as prorated credit on your account, so what you paid is not wasted.

You can also change your plan and client count from Profile > Subscription.

When you hit your limit, new people cannot join until you add seats or deactivate clients you are no longer managing. Nothing upgrades automatically.
