How to Apply Discount Codes
Discount codes can be applied directly from your billing details page.
Applying Discount Codes via the Billing Page
- Access Your Billing Page:
- Click on the profile.
- Go to the Subscription page.

Click on Billing & Payment under Subscription Management.
- Update Your Plan:
- On your billing page, you will see your current plan and card details.
- Click on Update Plan.
- Choose the plan.
- Enter the discount code in the Add promotion code field.
Important Notes
- New Customer Discounts: Discounts are typically only for new customers.
- Time-Sensitive Codes: Some discount codes must be applied before a specific deadline (e.g., holiday discounts).
- Plan-Specific Codes: Other discount codes may only apply to specific plans or products.
