Can I Change My Email?

Yes, you can change your email address. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile:
    • Go to your Profile, select the Business tab, then click Go To Profile Settings.
  2. Update Your Email:
    • Enter your new email address and click on Save.

Important Information:

  • Ensure the new email is not already registered with Foodzilla.
  • You will need to log in again after changing your email address.
  • You maybe asked to enter your password to confirm your changes.

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

  • If the new email you wish to use is associated with a client account:
    • First, log into the mobile app and delete the existing client account.
    • After deletion, you'll be able to use this email as your primary account email.
  • For all other cases where your desired email is already in use, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Your billing email will not change. If you'd like to change your billing email, please contact support.

Visibility to Clients:

  • Your primary email will be visible to clients when using features such as client invitations.

Using Temporary Emails

  • If you’ve signed up using a burner or temporary email just to try Foodzilla, you'll need to create a new account using your personal or work email address.
  • We discourage using temporary emails for security reasons. Temporary emails are often flagged as spam by providers like Google, which can negatively impact our brand and product reputation. 😭

TIP: For the best experience, always use your personal or work email address when using Foodzilla. By doing so, you help maintain the integrity and reputation of our platform. ❤️
