📅 Smart Bookings
A new booking system that links every booking and its meeting notes straight to the client profile. No more juggling external tools that don't talk to each other. Foodzilla is now a true all in one platform where everything is connected: Bookings, Forms, Notes, Meal Plans, Recipes and Nutrition Management.
🎥 Foodzilla Meet and Smart Meeting Summaries
Take your video calls inside Foodzilla with our new meeting tool, Foodzilla Meet. Foodzilla AI writes up the transcript, the meeting summary and the follow up actions for you, and saves them all against the right client. Prefer to do your own notes? You can switch AI summaries off at any time. Foodzilla Meet is included in your Pro subscription.
✅ No-Show Protection
Ask clients and leads to confirm they're coming before the appointment. If they don't confirm, you can set the meeting to cancel itself automatically, so you're not sitting there waiting on an empty slot.
💳 Paid Bookings and Paid Forms
Take payment before a booking is confirmed, or before a form can be submitted. Paid bookings work well for one off consultations, for discovery calls where you only want people who are serious about starting, and for session packages you'd rather be paid for up front. Paid forms are handy for anything you deliver off the back of the answers, like a personalised meal plan request, a recipe or nutrition analysis, or a programme sign-up where the questionnaire and the payment happen in one step. Less chasing invoices, fewer empty slots.
📱 Bookings and Forms on Mobile and in the Client Portal
Clients can book appointments and fill in your forms from the mobile app as well as the client portal. They can manage their own appointments and keep track of any forms you've asked them to complete, so you spend less time reminding them.
📞 Video Calls from the Chat Page
Start a video call with any client straight from the chat page. Your client joins from their mobile app or client portal, and nobody else can get in, even if they have the link, because the call is private between the two of you. AI summaries can be turned on for these calls too.
🎯 A New Home for Your Leads
A new lead management page brings every enquiry together, wherever it came from: your store, your forms or your booking page. Convert a lead into a client in one click, and see at a glance who has missed an appointment.
