✨8.4 Turn Words into Meal Plans
This update brings highly requested features such as describing a meal plan in your own words with Foodzilla AI, a client portal in your own branding, on-demand meal plan generation for clients, food import from a label or a link, and meal times on the food diary.

🚀 What's New in Platform v8.4
✨ Describe a Meal Plan in Your Own Words
Tell Foodzilla AI the plan the way you would say it to a colleague, like "5 day dairy-free plan, around 1800 calories, high protein, no mushrooms", and it turns your words into a meal plan. Before anything is generated you review exactly what was understood, along with anything that was filled in for you, so you stay in control of every setting. It understands days, meals and snacks, calorie targets, macros in percentages or grams, foods to avoid, favourite foods and repetition preferences. Available on the Professional plan and above.
🎨 A Client Portal That Looks Like Yours
Clients now sign in on a page with your logo, your colours and your name, at your own link. Your brand colour carries through the whole portal rather than parts of it, so the experience feels like your business from the first click to the last. Available with White Label.
⚡ Clients Can Build Their Own Meal Plans
Switch on Meal Plan Generation and clients get a generate button in the client portal and the mobile app. They pick the days, meals and energy target, and a plan built by the same generator you use lands straight in their account. Perfect for clients who want a fresh week without waiting on you. Available with White Label.
🏷️ Import a Food from a Label or a Link
Paste a nutrition panel or a product page link and Foodzilla AI reads the macros, serving size, ingredient statement and allergens into a preview. Check it, then save it straight to your food database or open it in the full form to correct anything. Building a database out of the products your clients actually eat now takes seconds per food.
⏰ Meal Times on the Food Diary
You and your clients can log the time a meal was eaten, not just the day, in the client portal and the mobile app. It works on manual entries, photo logs and barcode scans, and the suggested meal type follows the clock, so an 8am entry lands as breakfast. Conversations about meal timing just got a lot easier.
🧰 And a Few More Things
Canada (CNF) and Portugal (TCA) join the food databases you can set as your default. Auto swap in the meal planner now works in the mobile app as well as the client portal. Microsoft Teams joins the video call options once your Outlook calendar is connected. And timezone pickers now search the full list.
If you’ve tried us before and your trial ran out, you can log back in and auto-extend your trial for 10 more days for free! If you need further help with that, reply back and we’ll get you sorted.
Kindest Regards,
