Troubleshooting Push Notifications
- Do I need to do anything to enable push notifications?
There is nothing you need to enable from the practitioner platform.
However, your client must allow notifications for the Foodzilla app on their device.
-
My client is not receiving push notifications. Why?
Check the following to ensure push notifications are enabled on your client's device:
- App Notifications: Are push notifications enabled for the Foodzilla app in the device settings?
- Device Notifications: Are push notifications disabled for the entire device?
- Low Power Mode: Is the device on Low Power mode? This mode can prevent notifications to save battery.
- Internet connection: The device needs a stable internet connection to receive notifications.
